Consumer Agreement
By placing an order with Mozaik, you are agreeing to the purchase of items from Mozaik Software, llc in accordance with all the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. If you are a new customer you are signing up for a minimum 3 month subscription. If you are a returning customer you are signing up for a minimum 12 month subscription. Upon the expiration of a subscription term, the subscription shall automatically renew for subsequent 12-month terms unless a party provides at least 90 days prior written notice of its intention for the term not to automatically renew (only 30 days prior notice is required for the 3-month subscription term for new customers). You are contractually obligated to pay the contract amount and term in full, no cancellations allowed. If you leave the quantity at 1, Mozaik will bill your credit card for the first month and subsequent months will be billed automatically to the same card in 30 day increments. You may also choose to pay in advance to avoid requesting monthly security codes – just increase the quantity to the desired number of months. For auto-renewal terms, the payment terms selected for the initial term will apply unless you manually change the payment terms for such auto-renewal term. All sales are final. There are no cancellations and no refunds.Customer shall pay all required charges on or before expiration date of each Software Authorization Code until the length of the subscription has reached conclusion. Customer is responsible for updating all credit card information at least 72 hours before expiration date of Software Authorization Code. Failure to update information necessary to enable Mozaik Software llc to collect money due will result in additional administrative fees.
If unpaid subscriptions become delinquent (more than 60 days past due) Company may assess late fees, accumulated interest, attorney’s fees, or any applicable combination of the three. If the account is referred to an attorney or collection agency for resolution, Customer agrees to pay all related court costs, reasonable attorney fees and/or collection agency fees.
